About Our Practitioner
Elizabeth Roper began her journey by studying Chemistry and found that there was still something missing.
To delve deeper she decided to study Classical Chinese Medicine. She attended graduate school a total of 4 years at the Academy For Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL August of 2014 and obtained a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and also became certified in Chinese Herbology.
She then went on to become nationally certified as a Diplomate of Acupuncture by the NCCAOM. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Oriental Medicine!
Elizabeth lives locally here in Golden, CO She grew up north of Pittsburgh, PA and moved all around Georgia during her twenties. She decided to settle down and grow her roots here in Colorado with her Husband, two daughters, and rambunctious 2 year old Golden Retriever,Tito, who you will see in the office ready for love. She is a lover of music and enjoys seeing live music at Red Rocks. She dabbles in painting as a way to relax but most of her joy is found playing with her family discovering the outdoors!

About Our Nutritionist
Keri Schroeder is the founder and owner of Ground and Grow Wellness and believes in the innate wisdom and healing capacity of the human body. Each person has his or her own bio-individuality, thus requiring a customized healing protocol. Keri strives to combine her nutrition experience and knowledge with her client’s personal goals to help them achieve lifelong health through intentional diet, exercise, and lifestyle. Areas of expertise include digestive health, fatigue, anxiety, women’s health and fertility.
Keri has completed the Master’s program from the Nutrition Therapy Institute (NTI), a leading private nutrition school located in Denver, CO. This is a 2-year program that consists of over 500 hours of advanced clinical nutrition education courses. While in school Keri worked as a Weight Loss Coach and Consultant at Ultimate Health, an integrated medical clinic located in Littleton, CO. There she helped her clients learn new, healthier habits and lose a combined 800 pounds! She also worked alongside a naturopathic doctor at Ponderosa Natural Medicine, a West Denver holistic practice providing family medicine.
Prior to becoming a Master Nutrition Therapist, Keri obtained a BA from Quinnipiac University and worked in the media research and sales industry for 13 years. In her spare time Keri enjoys hiking, cooking, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
